At Lincoln Loop, we believe that great relationships are the foundation of successful projects.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Referral Program—a simple and rewarding way for you to earn commissions by referring new clients to our expert web development services.

How it works

We appreciate your efforts in spreading the word about Lincoln Loop, and we want to reward you for your referrals. Here’s how the program works:

  1. Earn 5% Commission

    You’ll receive 5% of the revenue from the first Statement of Work (SOW) secured through your referral, up to a maximum of $25,000.

  2. Get Paid Promptly

    Your commission will be paid within 30 days after Lincoln Loop receives full payment for the referred SOW.

Who Can Participate?

The Lincoln Loop Referral Program is open to everyone! However, there are a few exclusions:

  • No Self-Referrals: You cannot refer yourself for a commission.
  • Pre-Existing Contacts: If the referral has already been in contact with Lincoln Loop before your submission, it won’t be eligible.

Referral Eligibility & Terms

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

  • Contract Requirement: The referred party must sign a formal contract with Lincoln Loop for the referral to be eligible.
  • Referral Validity Period: Your referral remains valid for 180 days from submission. If no contract is signed within this timeframe, the referral will lapse.
  • Acceptance: Lincoln Loop reserves the right to accept or reject any referral at its discretion.

Referral Determination: The determination of whether a referral qualifies for a commission shall be made in Lincoln Loop’s reasonable but sole discretion. In the event of any dispute regarding entitlement to a referral fee, Lincoln Loop’s decision shall be final and binding, provided such decision is made in good faith and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability. In no event will Client be liable for any consequential, indirect, exemplary, special, or incidental damages or for any lost data, lost profits, or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, arising from or relating to the Agreement, however caused and under any theory of liability (including negligence), even if Client has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Client’s total cumulative liability in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the amount of referral commissions paid to Referral Partner under this Agreement during the 12-month period preceding the events giving rise to such liability.

Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without reference to its choice of law rules. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and waive any venue objections against, state or federal courts sitting in Denver, Colorado in any litigation arising out of this Agreement or the Services.
