New Year, New Billing System
First off, let me wish all our customers a happy new year. The new year brings some exciting news from NDSi: we're popping the cork on our new online billing system!
We researched a number of systems and even started to build our own from scratch before stumbling upon FreshBooks. FreshBooks is a great invoicing solution for any small business and is going to streamline the billing process immensely for us. It provides us a secure site to generate and email or mail invoices as well as accept payments online.
Here is a rundown of the changes you will notice:
- All invoices will be sent via email.* We like this not only because it saves us money on stamps and time on stuffing envelopes, but by not using extra paper and the gas to deliver it, it is environmentally friendly to boot. The invoices can be printed if needed for your records.
- Payments will be accepted online via Visa or Mastercard. A link to the payment page will be included in the email you receive.
- During payment, you will have the option to authorize us to bill your credit card automatically.
We realize that some of you may still want to receive paper invoices via USPS. If you are being billed annually, we can do this free of charge. For monthly invoices, there will be a $1 service charge added onto your bill. Give us a call or send us an email to switch to mail delivery or change the frequency you receive your bills.
The email invoices will be generated on the 10th of every month and sent from info@lincolnloop.com to the email address we have on file for your account. This address can be changed upon logging into the billing system.
If you have any questions or concerns, as always, don’t hesitate to contact us.
